Senior Project Manager
Minimum of 12+ years with experience in IT/ERP systems
Should possess above 8+ years experience in the area of OSS/BSS system and system integration testing.
Knowledge of service assurance, activation and billing systems for multi-services and multi-vendor communication networks
Monitor effectiveness of SLAs, operating standards, end-to-end business processes and key interfaces between Wipro
Identify, escalate and lead resolution of issues identified around SLAs or quality of service delivered to customer.
Provide reporting to the management as required, consolidating reports and integrating with any additional KPIs/reporting required.
Experienced Program Management & excellent communication skills
End to end test strategy
Duration: 3-6 months + extension, long-term contract
