eHealth Principal Architect needed for a PERMANENT career opportunity that starts with a 6 month contract and then is anticipated to convert to become permanent. This opening is with a major software and IT services company having a facility in the Raleigh Area of North Carolina. Qualified candidates should have advanced knowledge of architecting, designing, installing, deploying, and administering eHealth for exceptionally large enterprise or SaaS environments.
Note: this is not a eHealth monitoring role but is an eHealth Administrator/Engineer role.
Position responsibilities include:
Architecting the eHealth environment that is administered by a team of eHealth SMEs delivering eHealth on a SaaS Services Platform comprising hundreds of Servers. Mentoring junior level team members; Planning, performing, directing, and documenting more advanced operational processes and procedures as required; Providing detailed, concise, and timely follow up communication to customers; Actively escalating issues to senior management to ensure timely resolution and notification; and Senior Level Operational Support of a large customer base.
Required Skills Include:
- eHealth Architecture or Senior eHealth Application Administration experience.
- DCI or DCR
- SNMP.
- Advance knowledge of designing, installing, deploying, device discovery, and administering eHealth.
