Office administrator/PA will provide administrative support to the department's managers as well as organise and schedule department meetings.
The successful candidate will ensure computer equipment, and all new hire materials are arranged for the person's first day. Other duties include, creation of presentations, diary management, drafting documentations, data input into database.
The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge as well as have great attention to detail. Superb contract opportunity to join a superb company.
