Project Planner - Overview;
Our industry leading client requires a Senior Programme Planner to assist the Programme Manager in the Group Change Management Division.
Project Planner - Key Requirements;
- Manage overall programme plan.
- Monitor progress and update programme milestone plans including 12 week look ahead.
- Capture key risks and issues on CMT.
- Production of Status Reporting, including fortnightly status reports and month CMT report.
- Managing attendance, preparation of packs, minute and action taking for all governance forums.
- Ensure CMT reflects the correct ATP and milestone status.
- Oversee the configuration of project documentation within Sharepoint.
- Managing finances, including accruals, quarterly reporting and ensuring monthly actuals meet forecast.
- Oversee the configuration of project documentation within CMT.
- Support Programme Manager
Project Planner - Key Skills;
- MS Project to advanced level
- Attention to detail
- Stakeholder management
- Secretariat experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills MS Project to advanced level
- Strong communication and writing skills
