DESCRIPTION:
Candidate must have the ability to assist stakeholders in achieving their business objectives by analysing information, strategizing solutions and translating to strong visual concepts appropriate for the brand, audience, market, culture and business context.
Must develop innovative and competitive product packaging artwork for US/International affiliates establishing design direction and delivering design solutions all with a solid understanding of brand architecture.
Candidate will be required to participate in meetings to explain and substantiate existing or potential design direction, identifying new design opportunities.
Good communication, writing and presentations skills would be a plus.
Experience with OTC Consumer Healthcare and/or branded Consumer product package design is required.
MOST CRITICAL SKILLS NEEDED ARE:
Ability to develop visually compelling brand package design, concepts and visual communications; High level proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Team player with the ability to creatively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced in-house design environment.
