- Experience with Object Oriented Design & concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively across a wide forum of Business Analyst, Developers & Project Managers.
- Knowledge of full software development cycle.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be a self starter and self managed.
- Must have experience of working with tight deadlines.
Desired Skills:
- Product knowledge across Money Markets, FX, Derivatives, Structured Notes, & Credit Risk.
- Ability to transfer knowledgr and facilitate effective team interaction.
