Description
Systems Administrator with recruiting and staffing expeirience to service Global HR division. Solid experience adminstrating Applicant Tracking Systems. This is a contract position for added coverage expected to last 3-4 months based in either Boston, MA or Stamford, CT.
Assist the administration function of our Taleo recruiting system. In this role, this individual will act as a Taleo system administrator and serve as front line support with requests and inquiries from the global recruiting team: Day-to-day user support via email and phone; perform troubleshooting for recruiting users.
-Ability to understand requests and troubleshoot issues in Taleo independently
-Assist with Ad Hoc reporting requests using the Taleo / Business Objects reporting tool
-System configuration and setup
-Work with global user base on navigation and use of system
-Participate on various enhancement projects
3-5 years of system administrative experience with Taleo Enterprise Recruiting is required
Experience with Taleo Reporting (Business Objects) is highly preferred
Strong understanding of recruitment processes is desired
Previous background in a recruiting or HR role is a benefit
Bachelors degree is preferred
