Description
Global organisation requires a Senior Change/Transformation Manager to lead the organisational design and change management aspects of a large, UK-wide Shared Service transformation for a multi-billion £ business. It is imperative you have a proven track record as a Change Management specialist, complex organisational design and have worked for a Consultancy at some stage in your career. MBA qualified would be preferable
You must have successfully led the change and organisational design aspects of complex, business transformations in the past and have worked on a Shared Service transformation.
It is imperative you
- Have a Consulting background
- MBA qualified (preferable)
- Proven excellent stakeholder management & people management skills.
- Previous experience of successfully delivered the change impacts, readiness and taking people through the change on large, complex, shared service programmes.
This will involve all aspects of Change management from change readiness, re-organisation, design, culture, re-structuring, understanding the change network and the softer 'people' aspects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral lead in a business-wide, complex transformation programme and be an effective change agent.
Initial 6 month contract with likely extension.
