Description
Seeking a qualified person who would be responsible for implementing all requisitions into the Oracle system that would be then become Purchase Orders. The individual would then be responsible for receiving on these POs when directed that the work was complete.
Works in a controlled environment that requires meeting stringent deadlines and requires high degree of accuracy on all job assignments.
Verifies, reconciles, compiles, analyzes and summarizes certain media such as Orders of Magnitude (OOM), Purchase Orders (PO) and Receiving for validity, classification, approval and compliance with company policies and procedures. Identifies problems and takes corrective action where necessary.
May prepares data sets, statistical and reports to support the organization. Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
Assists Management by performing assignments that may involve compiling data not readily available as it relates to preparation for internal audits, processes new purchase order requests; reconciles existing purchase orders and maintains balances for purchase orders issued. Uses personal computers and related software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email and Adobe to perform work functions.
Will interface with Vendors via telephone calls, email, Internet and in person on specific Mobility Wireless Projects, Purchase Orders, Orders of Magnitude and Receiving on those projects.
The job does not require face-to-face contact with customers on the Customer premises.
