Position Summary
Responsible for overall Enterprise End to End Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Execution, defect Management and Test Status. Provide input to technology strategy plans. Act as the key liaison representing QA at the Program & Project level and establish a uniform enterprise test strategy test process across all the application QA areas.

Act as the QA SME for implementing best process and standards and carry them throughout the Project's QA life cycle. Provide test project management role for multiple and/or large IT projects. Act as interface between business and technical teams including IT Architecture, data resource management, QA leads, technology infrastructure and operations, and business leadership, business stakeholders/change agents and business PMO; monitor and provide overall test status of portfolio of projects and perform project methodology compliance audits.

Qualifications:
Provides leadership to internal and external testing resources to ensure delivery of quality products.
Advises during requirements and design phases to assist in developing business solutions.
Coordinates overall Test strategy with QA Leads and business to ensure quality delivery. Acquires and disseminates testing information and quality/testing status to internal and external partners.
Establish and ensure adherence to quality assurance testing directions, standards, guidelines and methodologies.
Creates or advises others on testing strategies.
As recognized Subject Matter Expert, seek out opportunities to advance application knowledge.
Proactively instruct others to develop SME knowledge.

Experience:
At least 9 years of Quality Assurance testing and/or demonstrated leadership in a technical environment. Additionally 3+ years experience leading and managing enterprise testing for end to end integration testing. Demonstrated experience successfully managing customer requirements or demands.
Mastery in multiple application area(s). 4 years proven experience in project management practices - planning, status reporting, issue management, risk mitigation, scope control documentation - and the use of methodologies. Use of SDLC methodologies and supporting toolsets and familiarity and exposure to development environments is required. Two to five years experience as a technical project manager or project leader in an online commerce or software venue. CMMI experience preferred.
