part time marketing assistant/administrator: MS Word, Excel, DUTCH-speaker

We are currently looking for an assistant or administrator to support our Back Office and marketing teams on a part time basis 2 days a week.

You will be involved in:

- Working with our CRM system Salesforce (this is an internal training so no need to have experience)
- Working together with our marketing department planning events
- General Back Office work.

You must have:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excell)
- Not be afraid of calling our channel (non sales but dBase update, event invites )
- Not mandatory but if possible assist and be present on seminars and channel events

PLEASE NOTE: The position is based in Mechelen however you will be required to work in Asse Zellik from January 2013 onwards.

You will work 2 days a week for 7.5 hours a day. We are looking for someone with English and Dutch. Please note this is a long-term freelance contract.
