Role: Site Chief Engineer
Location: Lincolnshire
Contract/Interim: Circa £70,000+ (Negotiable) + Car + Bonus

Reporting to the Factory General Manager, this is a highly challenging position that fundamentally relies on setting and delivering the engineering strategy for the site and to lead engineering activities, ensuring efficient & on-target production and compliance with regulatory compliance.
The successful Site Chief Engineer will have:
- Manufacturing Management experience
- Qualification in Engineering
- Minimum of CIEH Level 4 Food Safety and H&S/or equivalent
- Some Change Management experience
- Proven record of installation/commissioning of major new plant & equipment
- Cost reduction/Continuous Improvement experience
As the successgul Site Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Organising the Engineering department to ensure that manufacturing targets are met with operational budgets
- Managing utilities/utility equipment, including the successful delivery to site
- Ensuring that the Site Engineering function complies with Legislative and company ethical standards
- Delivering Improvement plans covering the operational KPI's
- Set and monitor targets for teams
