The Client:
Our client is a non for profit organisation based in the Sydney Metro area. They have a sufficient IT spend, with a number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline as well as recently conducting a review of their current environment and over the next 12 months will be undergoing significant changes.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a Linux/Unix Engineer to join their existing team during an existing project involved Legacy systems.
Other duties will include:
- Design & configuration of systems
- Hardware Installation
- Documentation of processes and updating knowledge base
The Requirements:
- Unix/Linux Systems experience
- Mac OSx Server Administration
- Strong Scripting skills
- Strong Automation skills
- General server/storage/troubleshooting skills
In return:
3 Month Contract initially with the view to extend and also with the additional opportunity for a permanent role upon completion also
