Relationship Bankers:
We have been mandated by a leading consultancy to identify candidates with proven relationship management experience within the UK SME/Commercial Banking space.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Understanding of UK SME client space - experience of assessing typical SME client borrowing requirements/structures and face to face engagement with SME's
- Experience of, and ability to, conduct challenging client meetings (often in the presence of client's advisors) involving negotiation and mediation skills
- Commercial understanding and appreciation of interest rate hedging products for SME's
- Decision making track records
- Commercially savvy
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid Interpersonal & communication skills
- Success driven
The role is London based, the contract is for an initial 6 month period with a further 3 month rolling extension.
