Finance Administrator
Finance Administrator required for our large engineering client.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will be-
-Organisation of diaries for managerial staff including travel booking and expense reporting for key staff.
-Planning regular meetings for managers and departments.
-Responsible for the new starter process.
-Support to regular engineering and programme meetings including monthly programme review, monthly finance review, change control boards, technical forums, cost optimisation meetings.
-Preparation of budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
-Preparation of customer invoices.
-Collation of weekly finance reports and provide customer support to hours-related queries.
-Production of monthly finance summaries.
Skills needed-
-Great knowledge of MS Excel including defined names, formula auditing, external data connections, data management, validation & analysis, workbook sharing & protection, pivot tables and chart preparation.
-Able to integrate financial data effectively to aid in the decision-making process.
-Creates clear written communication, including formal reports, in a way that aids understanding.
-Determines tasks and resources; indentifying sequences of actions and prioritising accordingly.
-Can apply discretion and judgment to complete work assignments; applying appropriate principles, theories and concepts.
