Change Analyst - SEPA

Job Description:
Change Analyst SEPA (SEPA Credit Transfers and SEPA Direct Debits).

The jobholder will undertake the following functions:
Take the lead in producing high quality analysis of thre future operating model, potential process issues, proposed solutions, input projected actions into a project plan.
Coordinate delivery of these activities and embedding with both business and project team members throughout the EMEA region and India.
Where appropriate, adopt the lead project role to start up and mobilise project activity on behalf of the Operations workstream.
Support the Operations Change Lead role on problem resolution or solutions against the appropriate initiatives.

The jobholder will be responsible for and involved indepth several key aspects of the SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit deliverables for the Operations workstream.

Key deliverables: end to end operating models levels 1, 2 and 3, working instructions, training of all staff involved in SEPA processing in EMEA and India, all internal SLA's and Service Agreements supporting the SEPA product, migration and implementation and testing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI's):
High quality analysis outputs and project plan tracking
Successful implementation and management of the Operations SEPA deliverables.
Solution delivery and problem resolution, meeting success criteria.
Ensuring each Ops project is within the strict guidelines for bank standards (PSS or equivalent).
Delivery of timely and consistent project communication.

Knowledge and Skills:
1) Knowledge of project management and methodologies.
Ops Business knowledge
Knowledge of Business analysis methods Project Methods

2) Communication:
Discusses process and practice issues and convinces the project team members within Ops related to project deliverables.
Upholds relationships with concerned Business Units, internal disciplines and employees, stakeholders and external organizations, during projects.
