Description
Our client is a major corporate organisation within the utilities sector, with offices located throughout Australia and over 1300 employees. They currently have an immediate requirement for an Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join the team for an initial three month contract (with the potential for a longer term extension or permanent).
You will have significant experience in a similar role and preferably the following skills and knowledge to be an ideal candidate for interview:
VMware - high level ESX skills
MS Server 2008R2, Active Directory
Exchange 2010 desirable
Citrix (including Citrix Access Gateway) is highly desirable
Sharepoint Infrastructure technologies desirable
MS Certifications/IT/Network/IS related diploma beneficial however not essential
CCNA qualifications (advantageous)
You will have strong communication skills, strong problem solving ability, the ability to make well-informed decisions, provide sound guidance and exercise objectivity in a variety of situations, the ability to act autonomously and take responsibility for own actions, the ability to summarise complex issues, and a strong focus on customer service.
