Description
* Assist Communications Advisers in implementation of internal communications strategy and tailor-made plans.
* Manage Global employee communications
* Maintain regular flow of employee communications through annual events, dedicated meetings, town halls, lunch & learn, the Intranet, Sharepoint and use the best channels for each purpose.
* Design and produce planned and ad-hoc communications in a professional, clear, current and relevant way to support delivery of the business strategy and values - in time and on budget
* Create opportunities for informal internal staff communications & engagement events, eg lunch & learns, learning cafés, town halls, etc
* Maintain strong relationships with communications leads
* Research, develop, and introduce new technologies and communication tools that will increase the effectiveness of internal communications.
* Degree level in Communications, Language Arts, Social Sciences or relevant discipline; or relevant work experience are essential to be considered for this role.
