Description
E-Government Architect (Portal/Technical/Solution/Consultant) - Our client requires an expert in the delivery of E-Gov solutions including Internet/portals at either a local or national level to provide consultancy to a major Saudi government department.
Candidates will have a strong IT background and will be experienced in writing Scopes of Work (functional/technical) for e-Government technology initiatives. This will include breakdowns of tasks and milestones, and may also include vendor selection, quality assurance, design and implementation management. A consultancy background would be preferred.
Due to strict Visa requirements, applicants must be educated from a Western University and must speak fluent English. Immediate start available.
