Retail Banking Business Analyst
Manchester
Day rate £500-£650
Business Analyst is required for a key position within a strategic programme. Must have significant Retail Banking knowledge and experience coupled with banking regulations and risk assessment.
Key Deliverables
*Definition of key information needs and requests from business
*Review and analysis of all information provided to identify gaps and optimum method of resolution and specifies back to business (connecting with SMEs)
*Assimilates information on key assessment areas, provides insight and reports to Head Ofs/SMEs
*Conduct Risk Assessment RAID management/updates
*PMO relationship management to ensure proactive tracking of requests/follow up and that plans align with information needs
*Produce insightful updates and monthly/end of assessment reports
*Clear audit trail of the conduct risk assessment
Competence/Skills/Experience Required
*Significant retail banking business analysis experience ideally across policy and processes, sales, product and servicing
*Excellent Excel and Access skills, good with Word/Powerpoint
*Excellent attention to detail
*Strong in translating information in to business insight
*Highly proactive, resourceful and tenacious
*Good knowledge and understanding of banking regulation
*Experience of banking benchmarking and risk assessment/management
*Highly collaborative with the ability to provide high support and high challenge
*Excellent written skills in writing polished, precise and insightful reports and updates
*Personal qualities - professional, articulate, highly flexible, hard working and delivery focussed.
