To support the customer vision of becoming the best customer oriented pharma company, the Connect program has been established. One of the strategic pillars is the implementation and roll-out of the next generation CRM solution, iConnect.
iConnect will replace the current CRM System and all users will be moved to the new platform.
IConnect is Salesforce/Veeva based.
Currently, the customer is looking for an Integration Lead to support our CRM integration strategy with corporate, EMEA and local systems.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
The Integration Lead will be responsible for:
Gather a full picture of integration requirements for iConnect
Work closely with our partner which will help us to deploy the project
Define, design and deploy an integration strategy that contributes to project objectives
Manage 3rd party integrators in executing the vision
Provide support to OpCos in iConnect integration to local systems
Technical profile requirements
Experience to integrate different System
Informatica/Informatic cloud knowledge
WebMethods knowledge
Salesforce knowledge
Non-Technical profile requirements
Some flexibility in working hours is required
Strong analytical skills
Quick learner, motivated self-starter
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Able to explain technical topics in an easy way
Communication skills to present technical topics
Team player
Language proficiencies
English spoken and written
Dutch is a plus
