Experience Requirements: Prefer recent experience in the area of software testing a implementation, preferably in pharmacy or in a healthcare setting

Scope of the project: Will be supporting the overall business user acceptance testing of the new pharmacy system and helping with training and deployment support of the central fill/mail order application of the new pharmacy system.

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma, Computer Science Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
These resources will have a combined role of performing Quality Assurance and Project Managment/Deployment activities. From a QA Analyst perspective will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of the application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management. Identifies, tracks and seeks resolution to application defects. The Project Management duties includes: creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and may direct other project team resources. Will travel to customer sites in other regions and could facilitate training classes and/or provide go-live assistance for new pharmacy software deployment with limited supervision. Expected to assist in troubleshooting hardware and application software defects which includes thorough documentation. Candidate must be well organized, dependable, self-sufficient, self-directing. Strong written and verbal communication plus presentation skills are required. Recent experience in the area of software implementation, preferably in pharmacy or in a healthcare setting. (Extensive travelling)
