Description

We're looking for some with high attention to detail, Finance/Accounting experience, SQL experience, and proficiency with Excel. Previous Sales experience would a plus. Good communicator, written and verbal.
1. Tier2 Service Requests - direct handle the SR or triage to the appropriate SME - weekly rotation. This includes support, documentation and escalation within a 24 business hour response, 48 hour resolution time. Includes partnering with teams to define and implement a long term resolution with the expectation of reducing the amount of SRs submitted by the community.
2. Onboarding for up to 5 new data sources - including monitoring and drive to the status of the partner reporting activities to ensure the Partner is on-boarded within 30 days from test start accurately.
3. Improve documentation (wikki) of the Partner/Tax Data Management area and migrate to share-point.
4. Daily Monitoring of Audits and Data Quality in Production for assigned Taxonomy and Channel Measurement Partner Data Reporting, including participation and contribution to the all optimization projects within UAT, Communication, and Production improvements.
5. Monitor SOX controls, procedures and audits, including supporting data process, audits, controls and procedure improvements for Tax/Channel Data Partners.
6. Provide Project Support for Sales applications focused on: UAT and regression testing for Taxonomy, Channel, Biz Ops, and Security. Includes UAT end to end testing, production optimization and support, creation of audits and documentation.
7. Sales Website and News Project - create and implement updates to the website. Create/update/coordinate communication, including Sales News and Alerts Monthly.
8. Assistance with the UAT Validation of changes implemented from SDLC and configuration items on a monthly release cycle if necessary, including self-hosting, which is participating in the evaluation of tool interaction with new platforms as various builds are released.
