1. Description of activities
- You will work on a project basis. You will form part of project group, cooperating with other disciplines within GBP&T and the business process owners in the various business units of Heineken.
- For the project we are defining and setting up a more centralize procurement organization. This project develops and implements new processes supported with (latest) SAP functionality.
- You will report to a Cluster lead of the identified functional or technical clusters within the Competence Resource Centre of Business Solutions.
2. Specific experience
- SAP SOURCING experience (former Frictionless - this is different than SAP SRM !).
- More than two years of relevant experience preferably in an international SAP environment.
- You have profound project experience with system implementations, preferably acquired at a large multinational and/or in an international environment centralize their purchasing function.
- Full cycle SAP SOURCING implementation; from project prep till go live and support
- Writing functional specifications.
- Guiding partner consultants
- You have excellent communication skills and experience in communicating with counterparts in team and business. Able to lead workshops.
3. Technical and/or functional knowledge
- Primary required knowledge: SAP SOURCING
- Secondary required knowledge: SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP Invoice Management, SAP GTM
- Combine a MSC with extensive, up-to-date SAP knowledge, as well as in-depth knowledge of purchase to pay business processes.
- Other SAP modules, product knowledge is a pré. eg SAP SRM, SAP ECC MM, SAP GTM, SAP Invoice Management, and Aris modelling.
