Should be good in French/English
Expert in Project Management and have executed at least 2 to 3 full life cycle implementations and should have very strong application support experience including managing SLAs.
Overall responsible for client interfacing and communication.
Should be well familiar with ITIL processes.
Should resolve issues/escalate to ArcelorMittal project manager
Should Identify potential risks and manage by suitably involving offshore team and Client.
Having worked in Onsite-Offshore model.
Expert in one of the SAP modules preferably FICO or Logistics and exposure to all the other modules
Expert in capturing metrics and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
Hardworking and attitude to work as per the requirements.
Domain Experience in Automotive sector and SAP experience in this sector would be an added advantage.
Other process knowledge related to Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), Lean Thinking/Six Sigma etc. desirable
