Wintel Engineer
Acting as second line support for the Wintel Workstation infrastructure involves following responsibilities:-
Solve standard and complex incidents (remote).
Provide feedback to the 3rd line engineering teams concerning infrastructure weakness and collaborate in finding possible improvements.
Participating in specific projects.
Windows 7
Office 2010
Citrix (XenApp), Applications publishing (AppV), hands-on knowledge of Networking (including VPN),
Windows Server knowledge.
Knowledge of Scripting in Microsoft environments.,
Good overall knowledge of the IT world.
Experience in large organisations (familiar with the ITIL processes)
MCP certified (or job equivalent knowledge) in Windows XP.
Office 2003.
Languages English and French(Moderate) or Dutch(Moderate)
