Skills/Experience Required
- Upgrade Sap Solution Manager 7.0 - 7.1.
- Experience with SSM Interfaces like SAP TAO, HP Service Center.
- Experience with information. Knowledge of SAP CRM WebClient where technical knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ASL.
- Previous experience on advising/instructing and coordinating with the Technical Manager in the IT department of customer
- Experience with ALM methodology, experience with Change Requests (CHARM).
