Description
KMM Technologies, Inc. is looking for a SAS Platform Administrator to work in Boston, MA.
Must be able to fully administer and provide knowledge transfer to others regarding a SAS EBI/EDI multi-tier RedHat Linux 5 platform instance.
The SAS Administrator would need to fulfil all standard SAS Administration type duties such as creating users, groups, defining libraries, databases (Greenplum), Servers, creating security scheme security, etc. In addition, this SAS Administrator would need to be able to interface and coordinate activities as pertaining to SAS between the Customer System Administrators and Mid-Tier Administrators.
Reconfigure SAS to use AD as the alternative authentication provider.
Improve performance, job efficiency and stability for users especially when using Enterprise Guide and accessing Greenplum. The Administrator will need to comb through SAS Technical Support Tracks and perform root cause analysis to provide solutions.

- Experience with SAS Management Console
o Creating libraries (SAS and RDBMS)

o Defining Servers
o Administering web applications
o Defining, troubleshooting and monitoring SAS Servers - Experience with multi-tier SAS environments
- Experience with SAS configuration files
- Experience with RedHat Linux
- Experience with JBOSS
- Experience with Active Directory Authentication and PAM
- Experience administering SAS Mid-tier
- Experience with SAS EBI, EDI, EM, Model Manager, JMP for administration
- Experience with different SAS Servers and troubleshooting potential configuration problems
- Experience with SSL encryption of mid-tier information
- Experience with Greenplum Database
