Systems Engineer (Telecom/Radio/Wireless/3G/Unix/Network/LTE) - My client requires a telecommunications engineer FLUENT IN ENGLISH & FRENCH languages to join a large telecoms company based in Padova, Italy on a 12 month contract.
Key Skills:
* Broad Mobile Telecommunications knowledge including protocols such as GSM/UMTS/SS7/SIP and networks/voice technologies such as E1/ATM/Switching/Routing
* Admin level Knowledge of Unix/Linux platforms and Oracle DBA (Solaris/Redhat etc) plus associated storage and network technologies
Key responsibilities:
* Providing support to international customers both via the telephone and onsite
* Installation of products and software
* Ensuring support databases are kept up to date
* Providing pre-sales and post-sales support including technical documentation
