Description
Internal Communication and Training Manager required for an initial 3 month contract role with our financial sector client in West Yorkshire.
This role will be required to develop internal communications and training strategy for a major regulatory change programme. The selected candidate will be well versed in training and communications management within a banking environment. You should also have experience conducting training needs analysis and producing training design specification documentation. Experience developing colleague journey maps would also be required.
Financial Services experience is essential and knowledge of commercial banking would be beneficial.
