Description
SolTech is seeking a mid-senior level User Interface Designer who can also offer consultative usability skills to provide the best website user experience. The UI Designer must have creative capabilities to conceptualize a website design in addition to development of the website. This is a contract position.
Job Responsibilities
- True Front End specialist that is intimately familiar with clean development of user interfaces to lead Front End development of website
- Design website for cross-browser compliance and optimization for mobile browsers and user experience
- Conceptualize and implement creative design for website
- Work from existing wireframes to implement design and infrastructure while assessing usability to determine the best user experience
- Seamlessly hand off finished design to Back End development team
Required Skills
- Extensive experience designing with Photoshop
- Very knowledgeable about HTML/CSS, including HTML 5
- 3+ years creative web design experience
- 3+ years user interface development experience
