Description
Your role will be hands-on and you will work as an integrated part of the clients' HR function.
This role will be responsible for managing the full permanent recruitment life cycle and will have the following accountabilities:
- To engage with senior client stakeholders and Talent Acquisition team in order to plan and fulfil staffing needs
- To provide the client with relevant market insights and consult on talent landscape, skill shortages and contractor rate benchmarking.
- To partner with hiring managers in order to drive full life cycle recruitment for open positions within aligned business areas. Including:
- Determining role requirements
- Developing candidate sourcing strategy
- Executing a selection strategy
- Meeting delivery milestones
- Provide a strong emphasis on direct candidate sourcing. This includes capability to identify, approach, qualify and present highly quality candidate shortlists through leveraging innovative sourcing channels
- Build strong candidate relationships in order to deliver a world class candidate experience and successful outcomes
- Deliver recruitment solutions in line with client service level agreements and compliance standards
- Identify opportunities for recruitment solution improvement
- Create and deliver project based initiatives on a regular basis to either the employee or hiring manager population
- Support initiatives within the broader recruitment team as required
You will have solid onsite or in-house permanent recruitment experience and will be:
- Able to demonstrate an ability to develop and build strong business relationships with client stakeholders at all levels
- Able to show an outstanding track record of delivering full life cycle recruitment services across all levels of seniority
- Results driven, collaborative and innovative
