ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join a close-knit software engineering team in Beaverton. The Senior Software Engineer will help drive the implementation of a "single pane of glass" portal, giving customers a view into the company's three lines of business: content acceleration, cloud computing, and cloud voice. Capabilities of the portal include service ordering, provisioning, administration, management, monitoring, trouble ticket, and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the User Experience (UX) Designer to craft a workable user interface plan
• Document and disseminate the implementation details of the UI
• Complete the coding of all user experience (UX) requirements
• Leverage third party frameworks as much as possible (Hibernate, PrimeFaces, Seams, etc)
• Integrate with third party databases (Sybase, LDAP) and infrastructures (via SOAP/REST APIs)
• Help implement federated identity management, complete with single sign-on
• Evaluate new frameworks, components, and tool-kits in a team environment

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets

• Java Application Development
• JBoss
• JavaScript
• SOAP/REST APIs
• Agile Methodology

PREFERRED

• SAML/CAS/oAuth
• Telecom/ISP Service Provider Background
