Client
Our client is a Tier 1 HRIS Enterprise Applications Software Vendor. Headquartered in the US, they have 1000 employees globally and presence in more than 150 countries. Due to the success of their sales team, they need to expand their Pre Sales team to keep up with demand.
Role
The role of Senior Pre Sales Consultant will include all end to end pre sales duties, working closely with the sales team to consult, plan, build and present solutions to prospective clients.
Daily responsibilities include;
- Meetings with prospective clients
- Analysing their needs
- Proposing and presenting solutions
- Demonstrations
- Configuring software to meet each clients' individual needs
- Keeping up to date on the product suite
- Meeting revenue targets and KPI's
This is a national role and will involve up to 30% travel.
Skills and Background
- To apply for this role it is essential that you have spent a considerable amount of time in a Pre Sales role within a cloud or SaaS based leading enterprise applications software company. It is also preferred that you have experience with HRIS software.
- You will need to have HTML/XML Coding experience as well as a successful record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- You will need to demonstrate the ability to relay technical information in a clear and concise manner, have strong presentation skills and be comfortable liaising at C-Level.
- You will need to demonstrate a high level of pride in the standard of your work, integrity, a professional approach, a high level of technical knowledge, the ability to work under pressure in a targeted environment and be a team player. The ability to coach and mentor others is highly regarded.
Package
The six figure salary package is negotiable depending on the person. As a guide, the package will be a 70:30 split plus superannuation, home office, travel and expenses.
