Description
DESCRIPTION:Responsible for managing special projects for Personal Care. This includes: Update product information files, and product claims; Perform data search and revise safety assessment reports; Assist in the planning and execution of product research tests with external partners; Search and review patent and literature databases, in order to substantiate new claims; Review patent databases and provide competitive assessment summaries.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or related field, or RN; Proficiency in searching/reviewing literature and patent databases, and in writing technical summaries/Entry level medical writing; Knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Dermatology, Respiratory and/or Skin Biology, topical OTC products, and/or Toxicology; Microsoft Office; Experience with performing data search online; Collaboration- ability to work with both internal and external scientific experts and key opinion leaders; Leadership- ability to work independently, problem solve, manage projects; Flexibility- needs to manage and balance multiple projects.
REFERRED SKILLS:
Advanced degree (Ph.D, PharmD, MS); Prior experience in managing clinical studies and/or consumer tests; CMC experience; Prior work in a Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare company (but not required).
