Job Description:
Working as a Store Design, Sales Program Execution Manager in support of OPUS Mobile Project, you will be responsible for:

  • Gaining detailed knowledge around the fundamentals of the company owned retail store design and space plan requirements to include the merchandising strategy that supports our store builds furthering overall knowledge of our store design. Intimate knowledge and application of our store design standards.
  • Knowledge of retail sales operations to ensure we meet proper customer experience and support the sale process in all retail stores
  • The position will require managing multiple fast paced complex projects from concept to installation and close out.
  • Project Management skills required to maintain project plans to ensure timelines and execution plans are met with all assigned projects. All documentation is detailed with all aspects of the project and is updated as project evolves.
  • The position includes not only managing design components but the management of cross functional teams and the communications of all projects internally as well as externally throughout the companies COR portfolio.
  • Leadership skills to deliver and present materials of store design project plans to leadership at HQ and in the field.
  • Maintain proper lines of communication to meet project requirements and execute all project details.
  • Financial recording, reporting and data management is required.
  • Schedule must be flexible to work after hours and available for travel as required.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Comfortable working in a fast paced demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to address large groups when required.
  • Extremely organized
  • Ability to be proactive and work autonomously while still engaged within the design team.
  • Experience in the design/build industry and be able to manage projects remotely and provide clear and concise direction to field crew.
  • Able to read review and correct (when required) design and construction documents.
  • Core competency should be visualization of overarching business goals and able to manage all underlying projects with the design build industry.
  • Above average skills and proficiency in MS Office suites, CAD or comparable design program.
  • Communication and leadership skills in order to interface with both internal and external business partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in Design (interior or architectural) or Construction services. Practical experience will be considered.
  • Minimum 7 years experience.
