My leading technology client is looking for an experienced Cisco qualified contact centre engineer to develop, deploy and support the contact centre for a financial services client. The successful candidate will need to have extensive financial industry experience, 2 years + of experience in the deployment of Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise. UCCEI/UCCED/UCCES qualified would be advantageous. Ideally, you will have worked on relevant projects and not just BAU work.Key skills: Contact Centre Engineer
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco Voice Portal
- Experience of developing and supporting UCCE
- Voice recording technologies and vendors (NICE & Verint preferred)
- Proven voice engineering skills within a large multi-site global financial environment, and has delivered major Unified Communications application based voice designs within the last 12 months.
- Engineering experience of CUCM ver 7.x & 8.x and Cisco Unity 5.x and Unity Connection 8.x.
