Description
RP International are recruiting a Siebel Developer with good experience in configuring new products in Siebel, which is one of the key criteria. We also need to ensure he/she has good knowledge in customizing Siebel vanilla user interface and product configuration. Prior experience in working with telco organization is must.

- Siebel CRM
- Siebel product configurator
- Siebel EIM integration
- eScript, workflow, smartscript
Job Responsibilities/Scope of work for the resource - primary
Configuration of Products:
Create new Service Instance for new product (Hosted PBX, Managed Services etc)
- Attributes
- Ordering rules (guard rails)
- Dependent products
- USOC mapping [external catalog id mapping]
- Create Term, termination using a Billing Price Product (BPP) - commitment and penalty calculation
- Create Packages and display that in a new tab called Packages/Features
- Creation of new tabs/relationships for new products
- Changes to existing SI (to make it obsolete or Grandfathered)
- Associate existing plans (calling plans) to the new service instance -secondary
Integration:
- Submission of orders to M6 (reuse existing interface and map additional attributes)
- After provisioning is completed, submit a request to Kenan for billing.
