This is a pivotal role in the department and your core responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Support and implementation of End User Computing technologies.
- Technical design, support of incident and problem resolution in relation to End User Computing services.
- Skills transfer and mentoring of staff for End User Computing systems.
- Managing and developing strategies for IT infrastructure team
To be considered for this great opportunity you must possess the following:
- Experience working as part of a team to deliver tasks according to project plans
- Exceptional communications and reporting skills
- Ability to present issues to a non-technical audience verbally and in writing.
- ITIL Service Management qualifications
- Experience in the implementation and management of ITIL disciplines
- 5+ years experience in management of complex E-business applications environments
- Experience in negotiating with internal teams and external suppliers
