Description
PROJECTThis engagement is to design, develop, and deliver internally hosted web sites, pages, applications and components. The Web Designer will be required to meet with users to capture requirements, estimate work efforts, design, build, test, and deploy the tools developed; provide initial support for the tools during business hours, and provide user and technical support documents for the tools developed. The Designer will work with clients, application product managers, support staff members, project teams, application packaging and deployment staff, server operations, database administrators, etc.
TECHNICAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
(These will be used to develop dynamic, engaging, and interactive web pages relying on web services to access data.)
- HTML
- JavaScript
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with clients, team members, and other technical support teams
- Demonstrate an ability to learn new things, possess strong problem analysis and reasoning abilities, and be able to work on a team or independently.
- Microsoft Office
Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience with:
- Portal Implementations
- Agile Methodologies
- Eclipse
Travel to other locations in southeastern Wisconsin may be required.
