CRM Project Manager (SME in Siebel), 3 months, Swindon
We are seeking an experienced CRM Project manager (SME in Siebel) for an initial 3 month contract in Swindon.
You will have the following experience:
Skills & Experience:
SME in Siebel
Experience implementing CRM processes across Sales, Customer Services and other Back Office teams
Demonstrated experience with Sales & Customer Services in strategy development & implementation
Demonstrated experience in project management
Strong ability to influence senior management and work with other teams
Strong organization and decision-making skills

High Level Plan for Implementation of Siebel opportunities (some at high level depending on priority & timing)
