Role Description:
Generic Business Analyst skill set required with;
Credit Cards Experience
TSYS System Experience
Skills required;
Good stakeholder management skills (particularly with external parties)
Change Management or related Project Management experience
Detailed knowledge and experience of project life cycle
Knowledge of Group operational processes and procedures
Experience of a range or project types and business areas is desirable
A range of experience of analysis, analytical tools and problem resolution
Proven ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workloads and work on own initiative
Proficient in problem solving and workshop facilitation
Good knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
