IMMEDIATE! If you have ITIL foundation knowledge and experience with Landesk Service Desk Console then we need to speak to you. This is an Immediate opportunity for English speaking Helpdesk Consultants to work for a multinational lead in Stockholm!
Our client is one of the world's largest multinationals and looking for English Helpdesk consultants to work out in there Stockholm office.
It is a telephone interview and you must be able to start in the next two weeks!
You will register, analyse, categorise and resolve reported incidents and requests, support users and their workstations, telephones, PDA`s and other IT equipment. Provide remote support and desk report and prepare user related hard ware for decommissioning.
You must have at least 4 years HelpDesk experience!
Skills
- Good knowledge and experience with Landesk Service Desk Console
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Support
- Knowledge of end user mobile device support
- ITIL foundation knowledge (Ideally Certified)
- High Level of service orientation
- Must be fluent in English
