IT Support Engineer
Dublin
3 weeks contract initially (Extension possible)

IT Support Engineers needed to provide deskside support following a Windows 7 and MS Office 2010 rollout.

Key Responsibilities
+Supporting end users on MS Office 2010 and Windows 7, coaching clinics, user data collection.
+IT Helpdesk experience required, customer service skills excellent, self working, works to deadlines, office 2010 experience.
+IT Support Analyst required with PC/Desktop support experience.
+Proficienendeavourows 7, MS Office 2010 and general desktop support:eg- user account administration tasks.
+Strong communication skills, proactive and happy to perform basic IT administrative tasks.
