Data Management/Reporting Developer
Required:
Crystal reporting experience.
Proficiency with MS SSRS report development
Proficiency with MS SSIS package creation
3-5 years of SQL Query development
3-5 years Oracle, MS SQL Database
Strongly Desired (but not required):
Experience writing custom Crystal Reports (X, XI, or 2008) for call centers from call center and CRM data
Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) report development & support experience
Desired:
Data and report modelling experience with strong history developing service level reports based on performance and availability metrics
Creation of KPI & graphical reports or dashboards
VB.NET (FW4) programming skills
Business Intelligence planning and development experience a plus
Knowledge of WLAN and Telephony systems
BA/BS degree in a Computer Science/Engineering or related field
The selected candidate for this position will be required to analyze data and partner with team members to develop ETL packages to load Oracle Datawarehouse, develop reports, ensure report accuracy and data integrity.
Additional characteristics and expectations for the candidate for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Ability to create and modify ETL packages utilizing SSIS with inclusion of Event Handlers/Error Handling
- Creating reports to correspond with customer expected outputs.
- Maintenance and development of OBIEE reports (new and existing)
- Develop, produce and customize Call Center metrics and dashboards for distribution to Call Center management and external customers
- Capable of interpreting ambiguous requirements and translating them into meaningful, value-added reports.
- Identify and resolve issues related to reporting deliverables
- Producing reports from various different applications/data sources
- Experience in creating visually appealing reports for executive leadership and external clients
- Identifying key performance indicators and metrics
- Effectively visualize informational displays
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to learn new software packages/technologies
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent planning, organizing, & time utilization skills
