We require a Finance Process Analyst for a 3 month contract in Gloucestershire

Role will involve
*Model and analysing the corporate processes in the organisation and contribute to the end-to-end enterprise's business architecture and operating model.
*Ensuring that business process provides adequate levels of corporate compliance and control.
*To develop new processes that support the implementation of the corporate strategy, support change

Candidates must be:-
*Fully qualified Accountant
*Six Sigma experience
*Experience in lean process improvement within service sector
*Recent, in-depth experience working within finance teams
*Experience in applying lean sigma to financial departments
*Excellent knowledge of process modelling, analysis and improvement
*Recognised Project Management qualification eg Prince II
*Experience of working with financial software, Sage Line 500
*The ability to work to tight targets and deadlines, at times under pressure
*Ability to interpret needs from range of customers, working in Matrix management structure
*Proactively anticipate future requirements in line with business unit strategies
*Identify value-driven service for our internal customers
*Excellent oral and written communication skills
*Dynamic, with sound influencing skills
*Excellent customer-facing skills
*A proactive and flexible approach to work
*The ability to identify and resolve problems or to escalate where necessary
*An appreciation of current technologies and market trends
