You should have demonstrable experience of working on complex projects from start to finish. You need to be able to hold your own within a truly world class team and although not necessarily be expert, have an opinion on network security, Nat traversal, cryptography, media frameworks and development of software within a low latency environments.
We are looking for developers who have been around the block enough times to have seen multiple technology environments and techniques and can bring best of breed knowledge of efficient secure C and C++ development to this team.
