Preparation of monthly revenue ' flash' statement with supporting line-by-line variance analysis
*Preparation of monthly management information pack, incorporating Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement for distribution to senior management throughout the business
*Monthly line-by-line analysis of income streams and comparison to key performance indicators.
*Ongoing development of excel-based forecasting model, including improving key controls over input data
*Participation in annual budget process
*distribution to senior management throughout the business
Ad hoc project/project support as directed by Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Experience/Skills Required
*Track record in the provision of financial analysis, planning and forecasting and project management support
*Experience with complex financial modelling
*Experience in financial services industry would be an advantage
*Mortgage industry experience would be an advantage.
*Medium / Advanced Excel
*Commercially astute
Qualifications required
Qualified/near qualified accountant
