We are seeking a Consultative Project Manager or Business Analyst with a background in delivering various security controls for complex IT Projects.

You will essentially Lead and manage the delivery of IT Security projects & the delivery of change activities ensuring execution of activities is within agreed scope and budget.

Lead and manage the delivery of security services into non-security projects ensuring security activities are completed throughout the life cycle of the project and the change activity delivers changes that are in-line with the organization's risk appetite, and/or...
Lead and manage the full execution of projects (initiate, plan, execute, close and handover to operate across solution and security domains) for projects sponsored and funded by the security business unit.

Essential Requirements:
There are 3 opportunities - Experienced, Intermediate, Advanced
Experienced: Minimum 4 - 5 + years experience working in project delivery - with the majority in IT related area
Intermediate: Minimum 6 - 8 + years experience working in project delivery- with the majority in IT related area
Senior: Minimum 8+ years experience working in project delivery- with the majority in IT related area

Qualifications:

Experienced: Formal project management and technical IT training and/or qualifications highly regarded
Intermediate: Formal project management (PMP) certification and technical IT training (CISSP or similar on job qualification) capability/qualifications
Senior: Formal project management (PMP) certification and technical IT training (CISSP or similar on job qualification) capability/qualifications, with specific Security Domain knowledge and training (SABSA or equivalent) highly regarded

Knowledge and skills: 

Leadership, people and communications skills
Customer focus and understanding of what is important to the business and within their risk appetite
Sound Financial Control and reporting skills
Commercial knowledge and pragmatism, understanding that business need to make risk based commercially appropriate decisions Knowledge and experience in using a Solution Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
