Description
For my client, a large international company in Belgium, I am currently looking for a SAP SRM/MM Key User for a 9 months contract starting as soon as possible.
The role for the SAP SRM/MM Key User:
Working closely to the Purchasing SAP Global Key Users and under his guidance he/she is supporting the on-going deployment of SAP and SAP SRM globally; The SAP SRM/MM Key User shall also support the day-to-day operational activities.
Main responsibilities for the SAP SRM/MM Key User:
- Manage SAP Purchasing related projects from beginning to completion
- Testing of test protocols, end-to-end workflows in SAP MM or SRM: tests that require the creation of several informal test scenarios besides the official test protocols to fully test the system.
- Update/create Purchasing related documentation
SAP SRM/MM Key User key competencies required:
- Good knowledge of SAP SRM/MM (key). BI reporting is a plus
- Experience in the management of small SAP Projects
- Capable managing a process on a flexible way and approach
- Good understanding of purchasing processes and procedures.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Time Management, diplomacy, assertiveness, leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure are also essential.
- Critical Mind-set; flexible, positive and proactive approach for issues resolution and problem solvingAbility to communicate and discuss problems with other Departments critical to their operations.
- Adaptable to new and changing situations
- English speaking
